ViUX™ provides BASIC E-mail Support for our SmarterTools® license customers; and we make every attempt to resolve any issue(s) that you report, in a timely and efficient manner. However in the event that you have an issue with your installed SmarterTools application(s) for which we are the license provider, and we are not able to handle the issue on our own, it may be necessary to escalate the issue directly to SmarterTools. In such cases, you will need to purchase a Support Plan (below) to meet your specific support needs. ViUX offers SmarterTools Support Plans at a 10% discount!
